THIS IS AN INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO PUT ON THE BACK SUPPORT BELT
Step 1. Take the upper part of the belt. The upper part is completely flat.
Step 2. Unstrap the compression bands, put the belt around the required area of the back.
Step 3. Fasten the belt around the desired area, regulating the necessary force and girth direction.
Step 4. Pull ahead and fasten sidebands to achieve the compression you want.
Step 5. Take pleasure in easy work.
ADVICE AND CAUTIONS:
As the belt is quite rigid, we recommend wearing over a 100% Cotton T-shirt.
The belt may sink into ribs. In this case, we recommend wearing the belt only over the clothes.
Do not wear the belt for more than 8 hours; the back muscles must work and have a natural load.
Belt has a phyletic function; it reduces pain, but it does not cure a source of trouble.
In the case of skin irritation or any other discomfort stop wearing the belt.
The belt is not intended for pregnant women and kids. But it helps mothers to recover after the pregnancy.
Never wear the belt before sleep.
The belt is intended only to be worn in the lower region of the vertebral column.

Return Shipping for Aptoco Products
Return freight for shipping is the customer's responsibility unless Aptoco has made a mistake. Once you have requested a Return Authorization, we can help determine the best shipping method for you.
Please follow all return-shipping instructions that are provided with your Return Authorization. If an item is returned to the wrong address, Aptoco reserves the right to charge any additional shipping fees required for shipping the item to the correct location. Missed scheduled pick-ups with the delivery carrier may result in $10 fee per incident.
Cancellations for Aptoco Products
- We try to ship orders as fast as possible. We are happy to cancel your order if your shipment has not already been processed. To cancel, please contact our customer support Center ASAP.
- If an order has been processed, you will have to proceed with the return as outlined above.
Credits
Once your return is verified, Aptoco will issue a credit to the card used for the purchase. It can take up to 4 weeks for your card to be credited by the issuer. Purchases made by check or money order will be issued a check within 30 days.
