To connect for use:
1. Remove both headphones from the charging case and after 3-5 seconds, the earbuds will flash blue
2. Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone or device and search for the headset model to connect.
Note: The earbuds will automatically connect to the phone if they have been connected before.Please use the original charging cable.
Instructions for use:
Pause/play: Any click on the touch button
Voice assistant: three clicks on any side to summon the voice assistant
Answer / hang up the call: click any side of the headset to answer / hang up
Reject incoming calls: long press any side of the headset in the incoming state
Volume up or down: long press the left ear to reduce the volume, long press the right ear to increase the volume
Up and down the song: double-click the left ear on a song, double-click the right ear on the next song

- Items eligible for return:

- Must be returned in original packaging (new packaging can be purchased by calling customer service)

Return Shipping for Aptoco Products
Return freight for shipping is the customer's responsibility unless Aptoco has made a mistake. Once you have requested a Return Authorization, we can help determine the best shipping method for you.
Please follow all return-shipping instructions that are provided with your Return Authorization. If an item is returned to the wrong address, Aptoco reserves the right to charge any additional shipping fees required for shipping the item to the correct location. Missed scheduled pick-ups with the delivery carrier may result in $10 fee per incident.
Cancellations for Aptoco Products
- We try to ship orders as fast as possible. We are happy to cancel your order if your shipment has not already been processed. To cancel, please contact our customer support Center ASAP.
- If an order has been processed, you will have to proceed with the return as outlined above.
Credits
Once your return is verified, Aptoco will issue a credit to the card used for the purchase. It can take up to 4 weeks for your card to be credited by the issuer. Purchases made by check or money order will be issued a check within 30 days.
